3. User Accounts

To use certain features of Math4Fun, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Subscription Plans and Payment

Math4Fun offers multiple subscription plans to meet different needs:

Free Plan:

  • Limited to 5 generated tests per month
  • Basic math problem generation
  • PDF download capability
  • No progress tracking

Family Plan - $9.99/month:

  • Unlimited test generation
  • Advanced problem customization
  • Progress tracking and analytics up to 5 kids
  • Priority customer support

Educator Plan - $24.99/month:

  • Unlimited test generation
  • Advanced problem customization
  • Unlimited progress tracking and analytics
  • Priority customer support

Payment Terms:

  • All subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice
  • All payments are processed securely through our payment partners

5. Refund Policy

No Refund Policy: All sales are final. We do not provide refunds for subscription fees, regardless of usage or satisfaction with the service. This policy applies to all subscription plans including Pro and Family plans.

Why We Don't Offer Refunds:

  • We provide a comprehensive Free Plan that allows customers to fully evaluate our service before committing to a paid subscription
  • The Free Plan includes access to our core features so you can test the quality and suitability of our service
  • You can explore the platform, generate sample tests, and assess whether it meets your needs without any financial commitment
  • This approach ensures customers make informed decisions before upgrading to paid plans

We Strongly Recommend: Before subscribing to any paid plan, please thoroughly test Math4Fun using our Free Plan to ensure it meets your expectations and requirements. The Free Plan provides a representative experience of our service quality and functionality.

Exceptional Circumstances: Refunds may only be considered in cases of technical errors in billing (such as accidental double charges) or if we are unable to provide the service due to technical issues on our end. Any such requests must be submitted within 7 days of the billing date.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Math4Fun only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Share your account credentials with others
